Cultivating wellness and resiliency — personalized, confidential, and meeting people right where they are.
Rise brings compassionate, OASAS-certified peer advocates into programs and communities across New York — supporting people wherever they are on their journey.
Support that meets people where they are.
Too often, help means waitlists, paperwork, and places that feel out of reach. Rise takes the opposite approach. We bring mental health and peer support directly into the programs people already trust — private, unhurried, and built around each person's life. No waitlists, no red tape, no judgment. Just someone in their corner for the whole journey.
Support comes to the person — on-site, one-on-one, and shaped around their needs.
A safe, judgment-free space to be heard — no stigma, no pressure, no strings.
More follow-through, more hope, and the kind of trust that helps someone keep going — one step at a time.
Peer advocates share lived experience — and research shows it moves the things that matter most: staying engaged, feeling understood, and holding on to hope.
Advocates meet people where they are and stay connected between appointments — reducing missed visits and early drop-off from care.
Support extends beyond clinical hours, bridging the gaps between appointments and levels of care so progress doesn't stall.
Shared lived experience builds rapport that clinical staff often can't replicate — the foundation everything else is built on.
Right now, Rise focuses on two things we do well — each confidential, compassionate, and centered entirely on the person.
Confidential, compassionate mental health support — connecting people to therapy and psychiatric medication support, and standing beside them at every step. No one should have to navigate their mental health alone.
One-on-one support from Certified Recovery Peer Advocates who have walked the path themselves — building trust, re-engaging people between visits, and helping navigate benefits, housing, and everyday life.
A simple, four-step path to embedding mental health and peer support in your program — with none of the hiring, training, or paperwork landing on you.
A quick conversation about your setting, your clients, and where a peer would add the most value.
We source a CRPA certified under NY OASAS standards, and provide the clinical supervision the role requires — not you.
Give the peer a place to work and refer clients who'd benefit. Scheduling is built around your program's hours.
Our advocates stay engaged over time — consistent, confidential support that connects people to care and helps them keep moving forward.
Right now, Rise focuses on two things we do well: mental health support and peer support. Both are confidential, compassionate, and delivered with genuine care.
Anyone across New York connected to the programs and communities we serve who could use mental health or peer support — wherever they are in their journey. Reach out and we'll help point the way.
A Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) is someone with lived experience of recovery, certified under New York State OASAS standards — 50+ hours of training, 500+ hours of experience, and a passed IC&RC exam. They walk alongside people as a guide, not a judge.
Completely. Anything shared with a Rise advocate is private. We're here to listen and support — never to judge.
Across New York — inside Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs), shelters, supportive housing, and Social Adult Day Cares (SADCs), and alongside the programs that already serve your community.
Just reach out. Call or email Eli Churba and we'll take it from there — whether you're looking for support yourself or want to host Rise at your program.
